Incorporated in 1996, we are an ISO 9001:2008 certified, IBR approved (Indian Boilers Regulations) and ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) accredited company certified with PP stamp, U Stamp and S stamp. Headquartered in Mumbai, and having our manufacturing unit in Rabale, Navi Mumbai, we have an employee base of over 1200 employees engaged in our various business divisions. Our Manufacturing division is engaged in designing, supplying and fabrication of process plant equipment like heat exchangers, pressure vessels , utility package equipment, fired equipment like boilers and furnaces (under IBR, Non IBR), knock out drums, mounted bullets (CCOE), De-aerators with F.S.T., process utilities ,LPS,HPS & MPS Steam piping ,pressure reducing stations etc. Our Projects division is engaged in erection and commissioning of the above equipment and vessels and also undertakes site construction and fabrication of storage tank farms like fixed roof, floating roof, suspended roof, and double wall storage tanks by conventional and hydraulic jack-up methods including Civil & earth like construction of sand pad foundations, dyke walls, excavation and fill up, pressure piling culverts and road approach roads and site development work, Erection of structural steel work for multistoried plant like columns, trusses and purling, gratings, pipe racks, Boiler and flare stacks (self supporting and others) under state PCB inspection, underground piping including cathodic protection under third party inspection agencies like EIL/BN/KPG/UHDE/IBR/CCOE etc.Our Operations and maintenance division oversees operations and maintenance power plants and process steam boilers along with its utilities and also undertakes Shut down and annual maintenance of power and industrial boilers ,inspection and consultancy of IBR/Non-IBR installations, Boiler repairing work under IBR, operations and maintenance of utilities like Boilers, D.G., WTP, Cooling towers etc.
