Company Profile We are pleased to introduce ourselves, Bin Mansour Plastics Factory LLC has been established in 1996 after studying the market and finding out that the future of every day life will be based mostly on Plastic Products. Significant investment in modern methods and machines is going on, producing shorter delivery times, quicker responses to market demand and consistently high quality products. Our aim is to produce quality products, hence it is imperative that our raw materials used in our production, ARE PURE VIRGIN MATERIALS imported directly from international manufacturers. Our skilled members of staff are working hard to satisfy the demands of our clients and be punctual with our contractual obligations. We have started our production firstly satisfying our local market, but since Seven years we started exporting our products to other G.C.C. Countries (Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Iraq, Jordan, Pakistan, Nigeria etc.) and Spain , India, UK. We already built and installed a fully equipped moulds and metal fabrication unit with the high-tech equipment in the manufacture and fabrication of moulds and die and related metal manufacture to support our factory and the related group Our Products are as follows: A) UPVC PIPES & FITTINGS We are as well producing uPVC pipes from 16 mm up to 315 mm both solvent welded type as well as rubber ring socket type. We perform a series of tests according to international standards to insure effective quality control to our product. The quality control department is well equipped with reputed international testing apparatus that provides accurate data on testing. Extra to that we perform Test Reports from the independent Laboratory of Messrs (AL FUTTAIM TARMAC) and we have our lab for testing products before supply. Our range of production includes pipes of 6, 10 or 16 bar pressure, which are manufactured according to (DIN 8062, DIN 8063, ISO 161/1 and ISO 727) standards, BS EN 1452-2-200, BS EN 1329-1:2000, BS EN 1401-1:1998, BS EN 5481:1977. Since we know that production of pipes without the fittings is like a person without hands, we went ahead with the production of Pressure fittings from 20 mm up to 315 mm to compliment our pipes production.
