It is the responsibility of the owner of pressure vessel to obtain periodic inspections and obtain Certificate of Inspection and pay the required fee for that. Also, he should obtain proper repairs and involve the Commissioned Inspector for all the repairs. Moreover, it is the duty of the owner to notify the concerned authority in case of an accident.
