Aluminium Extrusion in Ksa

It is the process through which lengths of aluminium of a fixed cross-sectional profile are created. Though this is a complex process, cross-sections can be created with excellent strength and surface finish. It is widely used in construction, automobile, aircraft manufacture, industrial machinery, and consumer goods.

They are by-products for structural purposes. There are mainly three types of profiles: construction profiles, architectural profiles, and industrial profiles.

Aluminium extrusions are100% recyclable and can be recycled without losing structural integrity. They are also strong and have a high tensile strength range. It is also easier to produce aluminium toolings and thus reduces production time during manufacturing.

Extrusion of material is done by applying enough pressure to the material. It is then squeezed and extended into a shape. With enough pressure aluminium, brass and steel are extruded into any shape.
