Introduction: Pilot One Computer Systems (PILOT ONE) was formed Twenty Three years ago (March 1991) by a group of professionals to provide retail solutions in this region. We were awarded CASIO distributorship the same year and were appointed Middle East sub-support center for CASIO POS Terminals the next year. Along with CASIO POS terminals we market and support CASIO hand held terminals, OPTICON bar code scanners from Holland. We also market retail automation products from well known brands like EPSON, SBARCO, PROMAG (GIGATMS) and POSTECH from Taiwan.
Providing Retail Solutions is a very demanding job, it requires not only the right hardware and software but the right approach to understand the business of the client and to integrate the Retail Solution into the day to day running of the business. Our specialization includes the front end POS terminal, back office sales and inventory software and the communication systems to link the front end to the back office system. We are also expert in integrating Bar code label printers, hand terminals and other peripherals to the back office system.
