Keeping in pace with the rapid development and expansion in the region, the company was incorporated as a public shareholding company upon the directive of H.H Sheikh Hamad Bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, the ruler of Fujairah.

The gabbro aggregates used as the primary raw material is always sourced from, Fujairah National Quarry, ensuring the quality and continuity of the aggregates and sand. The products manufactured are checked regularly and ensured that they comply with the national and international standards.
