The UAE facility of Dorman Smith was set up in 1991, with the aim of serving clients in the Middle East and Africa and has been in operation for over 35 years supplying and servicing projects all over the Middle East.
Headquartered in Dubai, UAE, we Design, Assemble, perform Works Test (Routine Tests) & Supply the whole range of Low Voltage Switchgear from the simplest Distribution Board to the most complex multi-cubicle Switchboards. All Switchgear & Control Gear components used in our assemblies are from Dorman Smith Switchgear.
All Low Voltage systems and components supplied by Dorman Smith worldwide are tested and certified by reputable Third-Party Test Laboratories such as ASTA, DEKRA to the relevant IEC Standards as applicable.
Dorman Smith Tested & Certified Assemblies are constructed in a quality-controlled environment approved to ISO 9001:2015. Dorman Smith Dubai follows all the practices and standards of its parent Dorman Smith UK throughout the design, manufacturing and testing processes
We have considerable experience in designing and constructing Low Voltage Switchboard Assemblies. Our dedicated engineering team utilizes the latest CAD software to estimate and design individual project requirements.
In addition to the Dubai facility, fully equipped assembly facilities exist in Qatar and Oman to provide local Design, Estimation, Assembly, Testing & After Sales Support to those specific markets.
We also export our Low Voltage Circuit protection devices, Power Factor Correction devices and Control gear devices to various countries in Africa and South America via our local licensed distributors.
