Hot Rolled Steels
our stock of Hot Rolled Steels are produced to meet the strictest chemistry and dimensional requirements, in a wide variety of grades.
Consistency from coil to coil is maintained by applying ladle metallurgy and continuous casting to molten steel, plus rolling on a modernized 86 in. wide hot strip mill that features on-line roll grinding, work-roll bending and automatic gauge control.
These technologies enable Arham Steel international Fzc to meet the most demanding customer specifications for hot rolled sheet coils, cut- and mill-edge coils, plus cut to lengths and custom blanks.
Cold Rolled Steels
Our Cold Rolled Steels provide excellent thickness and flatness tolerances, surface finish, and press formability. AK Steel manufactures low and ultra-low-carbon grades to meet a variety of customer formability Customers requirements and Arham Steel Stocks Structural Steel grades for those applications that require specified strength levels. Cold Rolled Steels can also be specified as Dent Resistant or Bake Hardenable for applications that require dent resistance after forming and painting. Each grade can be processed with several surface finishes depending on customer requirements.
Electrogalvanized Steels
Our Electrogalvanized Steel known as EGI for its superior surface quality, corrosion resistance, excellent formability and paintability for automotive exterior panels as well as other exposed applications where these attributes are desired. Pure zinc coatings applied to its Steels quality cold rolled sheet steel deliver both galvanic and barrier protection against corrosion. Even when damaged, such coatings continue to shield the base metal by corroding preferentially to the steel substrate. EGI Steel is available in a wide variety of base metal grades and coating weights.
Hot Dip Galvanized Steels
The Hot Dip Galvanized Steel is continuously coated on both sides with a zinc coating. The hot dip process, provides a tight metallurgical bond between the steel and the coating. This process results in a material with the strength and formability of steel plus the corrosion protection of zinc. Zinc protects the base metal by providing a barrier to corrosive elements and also by the sacrificial nature of the coating.GI Steel is available with special surface finishes, tailored for specific applications, and in
